When 5E first visit a potential client, the initial work flow is as follow:
- Presenting current client work and explaining how 5E operates
- Getting to understand the clients business and industry, sometime personality.
- Getting to know the ideas and vision what the client is looking for.
- Advising the clients on potential ideas and online areas to help promote their business.
- Sharing the opinions based on the understanding over the conversation.
- If the customer chooses to proceed to proposal stage, there is a fee for providing a complete proposal for the project.
Ongoing maintenance
Every client has the option of using 5E to maintain their website, whether it is a simple content updates or new development of the website, including adding new functionality and items. Depending on the regularity of site updates, either a monthly retainer or hourly fee will be requested.
